I spent 2 nights here and appreciated that. Whole place was clean with magnificent views; excellent location close to the bus station which links the town with other towns of interest such as Garachico. The staff were helpful, very friendly. The breakfast offered a lot of food and was nice hot and inclusive.

Its location is marvellous near to Puerto de la Cruz's centre, the bus station/taxi rank and a tavern / restaurant. The staff is pleasant and polite, makes sure that the place is fairly clean.

Original and fairly clean place should have higher than 4 star rating, everything is great. The rooms are huge here with shower as well as jacuzzi. The services are terrific, including a great pool. The location is unbeatable, and the staff is pleasant. Besides, the hotel is 10 min walk from an oceanfront stone fort. At the outdoor bar they serve appetising food and drinks.

Had an excellent stay for 10 nights, it met expectations. The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with mountain views, everything was great. The staff were courteous and the design was modern. The restaurant was great, I ordered warm dishes.

The venue is fairly clean and big size with welcoming and courteous staff members. Warm breakfast with a fabulous food is available. The location is brilliant, 1 km from Gardens. The airport is 30 km away, easy to reach.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Meson los Gemelos that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We could walk to lago martianez as it was only 1 km away.
